“I think it better to do right, even If we suffer in doing so, than to incur the reproach of our consciences and posterity.”

-Robert E. Lee

It is always better to go through a little pain in choosing the right, than to suffer later on and more in choosing the wrong. There is always something that we would not like to do even if it’s the right them because we are lazy, trying to be “cool”, have no worries etc. but she should always overcome them because choosing the wrong guiding yourself through these emotions will only hurt in the long run. An example is if your teacher says you have an essay for homework, it won’t be turned in but it sure will help you. You decide not to do it because you’re lazy and want to have fun, but the day of a test or a timed essay you will suffer because you have no practice

Elementary Girl Suffering

Elementary Girl Suffering

Summary
Two Dayton residents: Brain G. Hart and Rivae L. Hart have been arrested and accused of keeping an elementary- school girl locked in a bathroom for 6 years. She would only be allowed out of the bathroom to go to school, or when relatives were visiting. The Hart’s say they took those actions due to when the little girl was 3 years old she had horrible behavior.  The Hart’s are being charged for kidnapping, first degree felony, and third degree felony of child endangering.

Reflection
This story is heartbreaking, and unbelievable. The Hart’s have made horrible decisions and now they will be paying the consequences for their actions. An elementary child is supposed to enjoy their childhood, feel loved, enjoy being with family, but the Hart’s have taken that away from this poor little girl. Not only has this been taken away from her, but it may have caused her psychological effects. She will live with this horrible memory because of two horrible individuals.

“Have the courage to say no. Have the courage to face the truth. Do the right thing because it is right. These are the (3) magic keys to living your life with integrity.”
-W. Clement Stone.

Courage the ability to face your fears. Do not be afraid, have courage to do something you believe is right. Do not do things because others believe is right, face up to reality to your opinion, have the courage and speak it. With having courage to say what you believe in comes integrity. For example, if I see a group of my friends bullying a kid and they ask me to join I will have the courage to say no, to face the truth that it is wrong and stop it, to help the kid out because I believe it is right, because I have integrity! Always have courage to do what is right.

Man Returns Stolen Cash

            Man Returns Stolen Cash

Summary: A man had stolen money from a Sears in Seattle, Washington and returned 60 years later to return the money he had stolen with interests. The man was caught on camera, but Sears will not release the footage.
Reflection: The man made a wrong decision 60 years ago, and had been living in guilt ever since. This is a great example, of how with choosing the wrong come negative consequences. You will live with the regret for the rest of your life, or until you do something to change it like the man did. He’s conscience would not let him live in peace until he paid back that money he took with no permission.  Always choose the right because with choosing the wrong only, negative things will result.

“You cannot do wrong and feel right. It is impossible.”
-Ezra T. Benson

When you choose the wrong, it always comes with a feeling a regret. When choosing the wrong you will also have negative consequences. An example would be if you see someone you could help walk down the stairs because he/she is caring many things and that person falls and unfortunately ends up in a hospital, you will always feel the guilt that you could have done something. You will always have a feeling of regret, a feeling of guilt because you could have prevented it. In order to be happy and live a better life you should always do the right things. Doing the wrong things you will never have peace in your mind.

You make your habits and your habits make you.”
-ANON
This statement is a proven true statement. Habits are things you do constantly, it is hard to change them because you don’t even notice when you are doing them. Your habits define you. People will judge you by your habits; they make you who you are. For example for some people curing is a habit, that habit makes them. They are judged by that habit every day. You habits make you so be careful what they are.

“Goodness is the only investment that never fails.”
-Henry David Thoreau

Investing in goodness is starting in a great path. You can never fail when you invest in goodness because it will always pay off. When you invest in goodness you will always get satisfaction out of it and a good consequence. For example if you invest time helping out in your community, that is investing in goodness. Only positive things will come out of your future because you are helping the community you live in. You will make a better environment for yourself and your family. How is that a failure? Always invest in goodness because it will never fail.

Story of Jackie McConnell Abuse

Story of Jackie McConnell Abuse toward Horses

Summary: Jackie McConnell a notorious horse trainer for Tennessee Walking Horses. He was the go-to trainer. He was so desperate to win the competitions he would harm, infect the horses legs with burning chemicals. Fortunately there has been a stop to this when 52 horses were randomly checked for substances and all 52 horses had chemical substances in them. Now Jackie McConnell is facing federal indictment.

Reflection:
It is shocking to know there is a person out there willing to harm innocent animals to win a simple blue ribbon. Who has the heart to see a animal in pain and do it over and over again? Fortunately McConnell was caught and some horses are saved. McConnell chose the wrong and should face the consequences for his actions. With choosing the wrong only comes out negative consequences.

Seek to do good and you will find that happiness will run after you.”
      -James Freeman Clarke

Doing good is helping others, being kind, being respectful, and following rules. Choosing the right is seeking to doing good. If you choose the right you will be happy and feel satisfied. Choosing the wrong will get you into bad places and will always be in the back of your head making you feel horrible. For example if you help an elder cross the street or even volunteer to make a difference in your community in return you will get a feeling of kindness and satisfaction. When you seek to do good only good things will come in your future. Always seek for the good for a better life.

Tiger Woods CTW .

 Tiger Woods CTW!

Summary
:   The one and only famous golfer Tiger Woods choose the wrong. Instead of choosing the right and helping others around him he decided to turn his back on his own blood and not help them out. The half-brother of Woods says they have not heard of him since 2006. They also say they never have asked him for anything, not money or tournament tickets. But now that his half-brother Kevin is losing his home and is having problems and need the help Tiger Wood Refuses to help him out.

Reflection:    In my opinion Tiger Woods is not leaving by the right at all. He should be kind to others and help others in need especially his own half-brother. Woods has chosen the wrong and will regret it.  You should always like by CTR and helping others around you, not neglecting them and being unkind. Tiger Woods should help his brother Kevin now that he is in need.

“Light and darkness can’t occupy the same space at the same time. CTR is light-CTW is darkness.”
                -Call/Haymore

This statement is saying that a person cannot be good and bad.  Choosing the right and doing good things is the light, the better side. Choosing the wrong is the dark side when you do evil things. Either you are in the light or you are in darkness.
