Some experts say the difference between good students and poor students isn’t mainly ability. Instead, it’s how students organize themselves to use their abilities. A little organization can produce amazing results!
Get Organized :

Have a homework agenda on scribbler to keep track of your assignments, and always carry it.
Ask the teacher for some outside help when the classroom explanation is not adequate for you.
Use scribblers to put your notes in, and keep them organized.
Have phone numbers for classmates, especially of one who will be your “homework buddy”. •This is someone in your class who collects hand0outs and assignments for you when you are absent from school. You can borrow your buddy’s notes when you return to school, and you can do the same for this friend.
Ask questions when you are unsure of something.
Pay attention in class as it is very easy to let your mind wander. Take notes, concentrate on what is being said; it will be easier to absorb the information being presented.
Keep your bookshelf, desk, and kitbag neat.
Be prepared for each class, bringing the materials you need to class (including pencil and paper).

Student Success Statement

     Student Success Statement
“Take care of yourself and everything else will fall into place.”
                                                -Coach David Diamont

This statement is very truthful, and leads to a positive life. This statement means that you should only worry about yourself and things will fall into place. Do not miss interpret this statement into being selfish, but it means not to worry about unnecessary things worry about your health being and things will be okay. Do not worry and stress on making things happen live life happy and those things you desire will happen on its own.  Take each day, day by day. Choose the right, and things will happen on its own time, no need to worry.

Acquiring the Habits of Highly Successful Students
Part 13
If you feel you don’t naturally have all those characteristics, then do not despair. Each of them can be accomplished by your own application. You can use meditation and visualization techniques to initiate your vision, and they can certainly be learned both for that purpose and for each step you take to reach your goals. Simply visualize your desired goals, that that of being a star student, a champion of doing what is right, and see yourself working hard to become outstanding, and you’re your dreams and vision will materialize as you pursue these objectives. SETTING GOALS AND OBJECTIVE can be a personal or business technique that can be learnt. You can develop inner strength to succeed if you apply yourself by doing just that; that will enable you to recover from setbacks more easily.

Acquiring the Habits of Successful Students Part 12

Acquiring the Habits of Highly Successful Students
                                 Part 12

What is important to you is that you, as you start to reach milestones in your ambitions, you appreciate your own achievements. It is a boost, of course, if others appreciate what you have done too, but appreciating yourself will strengthen your self-belief, and reinforce your determination to succeed. Some of the key characteristics you will find in those who are successful. Some of the key characteristics you will find in those who are successful are perseverance, prepared to research, plan and work hard, practice a lot even when things do not seem to be going well, and an ability to recover and learn from setback. At the outset of whatever it is you are trying to succeed in, a strong vision of your future, planning, and setting yourself achievable targets can all play an important role.

Acquiring the Habits of Successful Students Part 11

Acquiring the Habits of Successful Students
                                                           Part 11

Whether studying or in general life planning I an imperative skill. Here, we must strictly set the hours for studying, and should promote regularity in doing so. Don’t put off your studies to the last moment (just before the test), because in that moment you will be feeling stress and pressure, and both factors will prove disturbing for your learning; that’s the high price of procrastination. During the exam, it’s important to forget about panic and stress. And if you are planning for your thesis, you may find this post useful. Other planning tip I frequently give is that, when you are assigned a homework, try to solve it as quickly as possible, several days before the required date, but don’t try to complete it perfectly and don’t submit it immediately. I always recommend doing homework early, but deliver it at the last possible day.
