How to Always Succeed in School
                                                           Part 2

Listen and ask questions. Still afraid of looking stupid? Don’t worry about it. If you’ve got a question about something, chances are your classmates do too.

•Review your notes and assignments before class.
•Give your teacher your full attention and concentrate on what you already know and listen for main ideas,
•Make eye contact with your teacher and take notes.
•Ask questions if you don’t understand, but try not to interrupt your teacher. Raise your hand or wait until your teacher pauses or asks for questions.

What I Will Do to Graduate

“What I Will Do to Graduate from High School”

Graduating from high school is something you must accomplish. I will graduate from high school. Graduating from high school is important because it is what will get you into college. Graduating high school is also the first step to success. I come from a latino community where most of us are not expected to graduate, so we must try and put in all we have to prove them wrong. To me and I am sure to many other graduating high school will be the first step to making our dreams come true.
Since the first day I started high school I’ve been giving it my all to graduate. I will not receive no grade lower than a “C”. I must try my hardest to obtain an “A” in every class. I want to give it my all, and prove I am a hard working student who tries her best and puts in hard effort to accomplish what she desires. In order to obtain that “A” in my class I will pay attention and no talk and interrupt. I will do all assignments and try my hardest on them. I will turn in everything on time and be on time to class. I will not slack off.
In order to graduate high school I will also behave and choose the right. I will go to school every day. I will not miss class. I also will not get in trouble. My behavior will be excellent.
I am going to join as many extracurricular activities as I can. For example I will join sports such as volleyball. I will also join clubs that help out my community like the humanitarians club. I will also join leadership, which helps my school and shows my leader skills.
I will give it my all put in all my hard work and effort to accomplish my goal and graduate high school my first step to being successful.

Some experts say the difference between good students and poor students isn’t mainly ability. Instead, it’s how students organize themselves to use their abilities. A little organization can produce amazing results!
Get Organized :

Have a homework agenda on scribbler to keep track of your assignments, and always carry it.
Ask the teacher for some outside help when the classroom explanation is not adequate for you.
Use scribblers to put your notes in, and keep them organized.
Have phone numbers for classmates, especially of one who will be your “homework buddy”. •This is someone in your class who collects hand0outs and assignments for you when you are absent from school. You can borrow your buddy’s notes when you return to school, and you can do the same for this friend.
Ask questions when you are unsure of something.
Pay attention in class as it is very easy to let your mind wander. Take notes, concentrate on what is being said; it will be easier to absorb the information being presented.
Keep your bookshelf, desk, and kitbag neat.
Be prepared for each class, bringing the materials you need to class (including pencil and paper).

Student Success Statement

     Student Success Statement
“Take care of yourself and everything else will fall into place.”
                                                -Coach David Diamont

This statement is very truthful, and leads to a positive life. This statement means that you should only worry about yourself and things will fall into place. Do not miss interpret this statement into being selfish, but it means not to worry about unnecessary things worry about your health being and things will be okay. Do not worry and stress on making things happen live life happy and those things you desire will happen on its own.  Take each day, day by day. Choose the right, and things will happen on its own time, no need to worry.
